Your game vs your handicap
Scoring, driving distance, fairways, greens in regulation, up-and-down and putts — each lined up against real benchmarks for your target handicap, so you can see exactly which part of your game plays like what level, and the gap left to your goal.
Honest club distances
Real mean and median carry, p10–p90 dispersion and gapping for every club in the bag — drawn from your actual shots, not the number on the box. Finally know what each club really does under pressure.
Weaknesses, ranked by strokes lost
Shotroom hunts down the patterns quietly costing you shots — an approach yardage you keep coming up short from, 3-putts from range, a club drifting left — and ranks them by the strokes they cost per round, with sample size and confidence so you can trust them.

A practice plan from your gaps
Once you've synced a few rounds, Shotroom builds you a personalized plan — two or three prioritized focus areas with concrete drills, generated automatically from your highest-impact weaknesses. Spend range time on what actually moves your score.
Why Shotroom exists
Garmin watches and Approach devices collect incredible golf data — and then bury it. The Garmin Connect app gives you almost nothing useful back: no benchmarks against your level, no honest club distances, no way to see whether you're actually getting better.
Shotroom is my attempt to fix that. It's a side project, built by one golfer who got tired of staring at scorecards that didn't explain anything. It's free, and it will stay free.

Built with its community
Shotroom is shaped in the open. Anyone can submit an idea, vote on what they want next, and comment — then watch it move from under consideration to planned, in progress, and shipped. The roadmap is public, and your votes decide what gets built first.
