Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Shotroom (the "Service"). By connecting your Garmin account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Shotroom is a personal analytics dashboard for your own golf data. At your direction, it retrieves golf scorecards and shot data from your Garmin Connect account and presents statistics and insights. Shotroom is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garmin or any of its affiliates. "Garmin" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login secure. When you connect Garmin, your password is used only to obtain access tokens and is never stored. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and your access to your Garmin data, complies with Garmin's own terms of service.
All statistics, benchmarks, and insights are provided for general informational purposes only. They are estimates derived from your data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional coaching, medical, fitness, financial, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Shotroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Service at your own risk.
Your golf data is stored and processed solely to provide the Service to you. You can delete your stored Garmin data, or delete your account and all associated data entirely, at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
